Despite this recession, many people are making the best of a bad situation by looking for opportunities to generate income working for themselves.
Meanwhile, others are having a more difficult time making this transition.
However, finding the right work at home businesses can turn into a job itself.
This is where many people fail before they even begin, because they start buying and trying every new hot idea, ebook, or program and eventually end up loosing a lot of money and time.
You have to be able to identify which business opportunities contain the most feasible ways to generate income from your home.
However, when I first started I spent almost a whole year going around in circles.
After that realization, I developed and used these 4 tips to help me find the most profitable and legitimate work at home businesses.
Does It Have Credibility.
1.
Look for businesses that have credibility from respected places like Forbes, USA Today, and Infromation Week just to name a few.
2.
These businesses will have things like 1 on 1 coaching, 24/7 phone support, and live chats online with real people.
3.
They have the best techniques, the best methods, the best way of making good money, and they almost guaranteed success if you use their program.
In fact, many legit businesses offer up to 60 days to try their program and if you don't start seeing results using their system within those 60 days then ask them to give you a full refund.
4.
Take a good look at what is being offered and use your common sense.
You don't want to waste your time doing anything with minimal profits when there are so many work at home business opportunities that yield high profits.
And a few more tips:
I never gave up, which is why I succeed.
I wrote this article to give you a "heads up" about the most common troubles and frustrations, which not only I've experienced, but some thousands of others have as well when looking for legitimate work at home programs.
Number one:
In order to make money in any business, you need to make sales.
and then pitch your product or opportunity to them! Personally, I DESPISED selling to my friends and family, and because of my continual "pitches" a few of them even stopped speaking to me!
So if a business asks you to produce a list of your friends and family, then that's a huge sign that their marketing plan is VERY poor (or non-existent) and they should be avoided like the plague! A superb marketing system is absolutely CRUCIAL to success in ANY legitimate work at home programs!
Number two:
When your list of friends and family have run dry, or if your success is poor, I oftentimes see businesses teaching you to buy leads and then cold call them.
First of all, you have to actually pay for these leads before you can even phone them.
Or in other words.
And it is feasible to make sales with these methods.
with LESS time, and make MORE money, then I would prefer to do that.
When looking for legitimate work at home programs and you begin hearing things like "the best compensation plan in the industry" or if they describe their compensation plan with words like "binary, unilevel or matrix" or you hear that it's a "ground floor opportunity" or some other hype or fluff, then, in my opinion, these businesses are just like every other company out there.
